Visa Information
International conference participants are responsible for obtaining their own visas.
Please contact the Canadian Embassy in your country regarding the specific requirements to obtain a visa.
Some embassies will require a Letter of Invitation. In addition, you may be required to have your invitation notarized by a notary public. To determine whether you need a Letter Of Invitation and whether or not that letter needs to be notarized, please obtain that informatioin from the Canadian Visa Office in your country.
If you require a Letter of Invitation to receive your Visa to Canada, we can e mail one to you.
If you require a notarized Letter of Invitation, we will need to have a Notary Public in Canada certify the letter - at a charge - and mail it to you by Express Post. The cost to do this is $25.00. This fee must be paid before we can issue a Notarized Letter of Invitation.

Please note that it can take up to four months to recieve a Visa for residents of ceratin countries. It is very important that you start this process as soon as possible.
