Travel Details
Conference participants who are traveling by air will arrive at Pearson International Airport in Toronto.
Air Canada operates many international routes to and from Toronto.
Transportation to and from the conference venue in Barrie will be provided on Sunday July 11th and Saturday July 17th. Participants arriving and/or departing outside of these dates will be responsible for arranging their own transportation. A shuttle service can be arranged at a reasonable cost through Simcoe County Airport Service. Advance reservations are required.
Medical Insurance in Canada
All conference and youth summit participants are required to purchase medical insurance prior to their arrival in Canada. iEARN Canada will not be responsible for medical costs incurred by any participants while in Canada.
