Accommodation & Meals
Situated on the main campus of Georgian College in the city of Barrie, Georgian Suites and Georgian Green provide easy access to various facilities including restaurants, a health center, and a gymnasium, as well as academic and administrative services.
Option 1: Georgian Suites
Single bedroom in 2-bedroom suite. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, desk, dresser, television, and wireless internet access. Two bedrooms then share a suite where there is a common bathroom, kitchen and small sitting area. You may indicate in the registration form who you would like to share a suite with. Please note that you are sharing the suite (kitchen and washroom) and not the bedroom. There is only one bed in the bedroom. If you are a couple and you are wishing to share a bedroom (with one double bed), please email us so that we can arrange this. Laundry facilities available on the premises.

The rate is $275 per bedroom for the six nights.

This rate is in effect from the evening of Sunday July 11th to the morning of Saturday July 17th.

Option 2: Youth Summit Accommodations at Georgian Green
Single bedroom in a 6 bedroom suite. Each bedroom is equipped with a single bed, dresser, desk, and wireless internet access. Six single bedrooms then surround a suite where there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry facilities and a living area with cable television. The rate is $170 for the 6 nights.

Option 3: Hotel Accommodations
There are several hotels that are close to the conference venue. If you wish to stay at one of these hotels, you will need to make a reservation and pay for them directly. There will not be transportation to and from the venue; however, there is excellent public transportation and taxi services available.
Meals
Meals include breakfast, lunch and dinner for the duration of the conference.
Meals begin Sunday dinner and end with Saturday breakfast.
Please indicate on registration form if vegetarian meals are required.
Note: There will not be dinner available on site in Wednesday July 15th. Delegates going on a day trip will be given a box lunch for the trip. Dinner will be included in the price of the excursion. Those who remain on site will be give directions to local restaurants.
